Anatolia Cafe & Cuisine opened in spring 2025 with a mission to share the rich culinary traditions of Anatolia and the Eastern Mediterranean. Founded by chefs passionate about authentic Turkish and Mediterranean flavors, the café brings artisanal coffee, pastries, savory kebabs, flatbreads, and mezze to Charlotte’s University City.
